For bank wire, please contact us for details. For purchases made by credit card we charge a 3% bank fee. The fee will be waived if paid by bank wire. We do not accept PayPal.
How do you ship?
We ship FedEx Priority overnight. The shipping fee is a flat rate of $100 for all US addresses. We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Saturday delivery accommodations can be accepted for additional fee.
All watches must be shipped to an approved FedEx location and held for pick-up. Before shipping, we will contact you with the location of the FedEx office closest to you. Exceptions are considered on individual basis and must be requested at time of sale.
For international shipping, please contact us prior to purchase. The buyer is responsible for cost of shipping and any custom taxes, duties, or fees. International shipping fee is $500. We reserve the right to decline any international order if our insurance coverage does not cover shipping to a particular country.
How do you guarantee authenticity of your products?
We guarantee every item in our store is 100% authentic. Our timepiece experts conduct an inspection of every watch to ensure its authenticity. Every watch comes with warranty papers/cards from the Authorized Dealer, unless specifically noted in the listing description. We provide an appraisal with every purchase detailing the specifications of the watch with the serial number. We only buy from trusted sellers in the watch industry and take our reputation as a family-owned jewelry store seriously. We also invite our customers to do their due diligence and look up our online reviews so they feel comfortable purchasing with us.
Are the watches new or preowned?
The watches we sell are all preowned. We are not an Authorized Dealer or in any way affiliated with the brands listed on our site. Some watches may be described as unworn condition, meaning the watch has not been worn or sized.
What is your grading scale for condition of watches?
The condition of the watches we sell can vary. When described as unworn, that means the watch has never been worn. When described as mint, that means the watch has been worn before but very well taken care of and little to no signs of wear. If a watch is described as preowned, that means there are signs of wear and/or the watch has been refinished.
Can I return my watch?
Yes. We allow a 24-hour inspection period for the buyer to verify the watch is in the condition as described and is what they want. If the buyer is unhappy with the purchase, we ask they request a return within the inspection period. In that case, we send a FedEx label and ask to ship the watch back before receiving a refund. The refund may be subject to a re-stocking fee. A return will not be accepted if the black tag is removed. We reserve the right to withold refunds if the watch is returned with physical damage not present when watch was originally shipped to the buyer.
Do you accept trade in's?
Yes. If you are interested in trading in a watch, please contact us. We will ask for pictures and information about the watch and give an offer if we are interested.
